Culture risk is often overlooked, yet it plays a key role in determining how effectively organisations achieve their objectives. From employee behaviour to ethical decision-making, culture influences every level of the business — and internal auditors are well positioned to assess and monitor it.

This webinar, based on recent research by Richard Chambers and AuditBoard, will explore how culture risk can be identified, monitored, and addressed effectively. The session will also examine the evolving role of internal audit, risk, and compliance in supporting a healthy organisational culture.

Key takeaways:
– Understand how audit, risk, and compliance contribute to shaping and assessing culture
– Identify common culture-related risks and challenges in evaluating them
– Learn how to integrate culture KRIs and guiding principles into your existing processes
